Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consultant

As a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings across various platforms including job boards and social media channels.
- Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring requirements and create precise job descriptions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews as per the hiring manager's directives.
- Engage in job fairs and networking events to connect with potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Research and establish connections with community organizations, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies to enhance applicant sources.
- Assist in the design and execution of training programs for new hires.
- Monitor and report on hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
- Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep vacancy logs updated.
- Prepare necessary pre-employment documentation and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Collaborate with external agencies to attract diverse talent.
- Support various HR functions including onboarding and file management.
- Schedule and oversee post-offer employment screenings.
- Contribute to the execution of HR programs and procedures for all employees.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Develop candidate pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Adapt to hiring surges with a proactive approach.
- Exhibit a collaborative mindset and readiness to assist team members as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 to 5 years of direct recruitment experience.
- Experience in a Human Resources managerial role is advantageous.
- Proficient with major job boards.
- Strong understanding of compliance and employment regulations.
- Ability to assist HR colleagues on large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a team player.
