Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the onboarding process for new employees within the organization. Collaborating closely with the recruitment team and management, you will ensure a seamless transition from the acceptance of job offers to the new hire experience for all involved parties. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently onboard new personnel across various locations, establishing best practices that prioritize both candidate and manager satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all pre-employment screening processes, including background checks, drug testing, reference verifications, and other necessary assessments.
  • Maintain communication with candidates and vendors to ensure timely completion of screening requirements.
  • Draft and distribute offer letters for various staff positions.
  • Develop and manage a tracking system that provides real-time updates on the onboarding status of new hires to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate any updates or changes regarding candidate status promptly to hiring managers and recruiters as necessary.
  • Set up new hires in the onboarding system and ensure that all required documentation is completed promptly.
  • Upload necessary documents and maintain compliance with company standards through regular audits.
  • Complete employment eligibility verification forms in accordance with federal regulations.
  • Assist in training and onboarding sessions as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in human resources.
  • Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, complex environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in rapidly growing organizations where talent acquisition is a priority.
  • Proficient in data collection and analysis methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in time management with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
