We are excited to announce an opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our dynamic team. This role is based in our Nashville office, with the option for remote work. Please note that this position is part of our Sales Operations Team and is not an HR role. You will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals to provide care for families with medically fragile children.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position can reach up to $55,000, complemented by quarterly performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits will be available starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

Position Responsibilities

We seek a driven and financially motivated individual eager to advance their career within a collaborative team environment. We offer a clear promotional pathway from Associate Recruiter to Talent Manager and beyond. While prior experience is valuable, we prioritize candidates with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Recruiting healthcare professionals through extensive phone outreach and online prospecting.
  • Building a robust pipeline of candidates within tight deadlines.
  • Managing the full recruitment process, from initial screening to field management.
  • Utilizing major job boards, social media platforms, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone.
  • A strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and a desire to learn.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
