We are seeking a seasoned Veteran Support Service Manager to join our team at Warrior Service Company in Lexington, KY. In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery of medical equipment to veterans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Overview:

This position requires a deep understanding of logistics, customer service, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the delivery of medical equipment, troubleshooting issues, resolving conflicts, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with technicians, veterans, and other stakeholders to ensure that medical equipment is delivered efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and optimize schedules for technician routes, ensuring timely delivery of medical equipment to veterans.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and distribution of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to veterans, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with technicians and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
