Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Establish ambitious goals for the service department, ensuring they are met and surpassed.

- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to reporting systems and manufacturer guidelines, maintaining compliance and awareness.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in automotive service management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and service equipment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing technicians and service advisors.
- Ability to create and implement effective training programs.
