  • Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories, and their advantages for customers.
  • Develop and maintain a prospecting system.
  • Understand automotive terminology and keep updated on technological advancements in the industry.
  • Welcome customers and identify their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise based on their requirements.
  • Demonstrate the use and operation of vehicles.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of vehicles and explain their use, operation, and maintenance to customers.
