Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems Specialist to join our team at Revel Search. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, with experience in Oracle and UKG. This role will oversee the optimal function of our internal HR information services systems, including database management, network support, and software implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases.
  • Manage permissions, access, and system operations for HR services users.
  • Program custom functions and documentation, including automated queries, filters, and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, Information Services, and external vendors for HR database design and implementation projects.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Oversee the procurement of hardware and software to ensure high-quality, efficient systems.
  • Facilitate migration to a unified HRIS.
  • Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  • Manage team members, including orientation, development, and evaluation of personnel.
  • Be responsible for the fiscal management of the department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 5 years HRIS systems experience Required.
  • 2 years Leadership experience Required.
  • Previous work on a systems integration and process re-design project Preferred.
