We are in search of a proficient Human Resources Generalist to support our HR functions, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. This position involves managing HR responsibilities for multiple locations and remote staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data management and documentation for employment actions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, engage with potential candidates, and oversee the talent acquisition process.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and support the onboarding process for employees.
  • Address inquiries from applicants, employees, and management regarding HR-related issues.
  • Administer HR programs while ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, initiate employee engagement programs, and boost morale.
  • Lead special projects and undertake additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in HR positions.
  • Human Resources Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, recruitment processes, benefits administration, and employment legislation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous.

Work Schedule:

  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional travel required.
