Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and management to provide clear direction and ensure seamless operations.
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, use a positive and clear speaking voice, and respond to requests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Registration and Check-Out: Complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent details, and making appropriate selections of rooms based on guest needs.
  • Financial Transactions: Verify and imprint credit cards for authorization, handle cash, make change, and balance an assigned house bank.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complications and complaints by conducting thorough research and determining effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff and establish effective working relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, basic mathematical skills, and considerable skill in the use of a calculator.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk.
