Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at McKibbon Hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain positive guest relations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Process guest check-ins, verify registration information, and handle overbooked or 'walked' guests.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments and personnel.
  • Train with and learn Food and Beverage operations to fill in as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as a front desk agent or in a similar role.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Experience working at a hotel establishment is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic math skills.
  • The ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
