Job Summary

The Colville Tribes is seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team. As a Contract Analyst, you will be responsible for verifying agreement documentation and paperwork, developing and maintaining an effective filing system, and providing backup support for the Contract Officer Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify accuracy and timeliness of contract documentation and paperwork
  • Develop and maintain an effective filing system for program contracts and subcontracts
  • Provide backup support for the Contract Officer Representative, including managing the Pisces database and developing scope of work for various contracts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or closely related field from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
  • 36 months paid specialized experience demonstrating ability to perform duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Advanced skill in computer operations and applications, particularly in monitoring subcontract compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member in a pleasant, efficient, and consistent manner
  • Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with co-workers, other programs, and funding agencies

Working Conditions

  • Variable schedule, including evenings, early mornings, holidays, and weekends as work dictates
  • Ability to travel for meetings, training, and conference participation as necessary
  • Ability to drive in adverse weather conditions
