Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and innovative professional to join our team as a Treatment Foster Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work with youth, primarily teens, in our specialized treatment family homes, providing support and guidance to help them achieve stability and permanence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with youth and their families to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help youth develop coping skills and achieve their goals
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the needs of our youth and families are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our foster families and community partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance
  • Pass background check, physical, and drug screening
