About the Role: As an AP Vendor Relations Clerk, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal customers and vendors. You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure seamless equipment purchases and provide excellent customer service to our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Procurement: Submit IT equipment orders for procurement and collaborate with vendors to ensure transparency across all equipment purchases.
  • Vendor Management: Monitor vendor ticket queues to ensure adherence to contracted SLAs and provide internal customers with updates on their equipment orders.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze equipment purchase data received from vendors to remediate mismatch errors using Excel reports and normalize large amounts of data in Excel.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in AP Vendor Relations or a related field.
  • Skills: Oracle financials, ServiceNow, analysis experience, moderate Excel competency, excellent customer service, strong time management and prioritization skills, sense of urgency, excellent listening and communication skills.
