Global Channel Management Inc. is seeking a highly skilled MS Teams Deployment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collaboration technology team, you will be responsible for deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
  • Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Work with third-party vendors to deploy MS Teams globally and refresh meeting room technology.
  • Collaborate with the audio-visual suppliers to provide equipment for meeting rooms.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of solution engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audio-visual conferencing technologies.
  • Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management).
  • Agile and audio-visual experience.
  • Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus.
