Key Responsibilities- Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
- Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Work with third-party vendors to deploy MS Teams globally and refresh meeting room technology.
- Collaborate with the audio-visual suppliers to provide equipment for meeting rooms.
- 6+ years of solution engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audio-visual conferencing technologies.
- Experience/knowledge working with Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management).
- Agile and audio-visual experience.
- Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus.
