Job Title: Airport Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Agent. This part-time role involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers at the airport.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-class customer service to passengers, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items.
  • Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle customer interactions with class and poise, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree not required; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 70 pounds regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
