We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Provide product training and guidance to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Marketing)
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technical products
