Two Spirit Program Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culturally relevant programming that promotes the health and well-being of Two Spirit youth.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build a network of support for Two Spirit youth.
- Provide pro-social group facilitation, reproductive health education, and violence prevention services.
- Connect Two Spirit youth and their families to NAYA's services and other community resources.
Requirements
- Lived or work experience in the Two Spirit LGBTQIA+ community.
- Ideal candidate will have lived or work experience in the Native community.
- At least two years of work experience supporting youth.
- Calm demeanor with the ability to de-escalate tensions and create a safe environment.
- Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with no more than one major violation in the last three years.
