Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience), plus comprehensive benefits package.

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team as a School Age Program Manager. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for supervising teachers, aides, and volunteers, while maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. You will also implement a fun and engaging curriculum, foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community, and work closely with other staff members to achieve program goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Implement a fun and engaging curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
- Supervise teachers, aides, and volunteers

Requirements:
- Pass a YMCA background check
- At least 240 hours of qualifying experience working with school age children in the past five years, an Associate's or higher degree in a related field, or a Step 6 on the Oregon Registry
- Meet all Program Leader standards as dictated by the state Child Care Division
- Current enrollment in the Oregon State Childcare Registry or ability to enroll prior to employment
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Current Food Handlers certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- At least 18 years of age
