Office Administrator Opportunity at Trillium Staffing Solutions

We are seeking a highly organized and computer-savvy individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. This role will provide administrative support to our managers within the Industrial Service department, including receiving and rerouting customer requests, supporting inventory management, and providing general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to customer requests via email and phone
  • Support inventory management of required parts and materials
  • Provide general administrative support to managers within the branch
  • Assist with data analysis, including using reporting systems to pull data, sales/service histories, and customer information
  • Experience with Excel, CRM, and ERP software is preferred

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, CRM, and ERP software
  • Experience with data analysis and pulling data from reporting systems
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • SAP experience is a plus but not required

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Salary ranges from $22-25/hr depending on experience.
