Position Overview

Role: Facilitator I

Overview: The Facilitator I at Be Strong International will play a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among participants, case managers, and community organizations. This position involves the development and execution of educational programs, as well as the presentation of instructional materials and the coordination of various organizational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop educational content and curriculum
  • Recruit participants to meet program goals
  • Review and manage participant documentation
  • Organize workshops, events, and experiential learning opportunities
  • Administer evaluations and feedback surveys
  • Assess participant needs and liaise with Case Managers
  • Represent the organization with professionalism
  • Complete necessary training and assigned tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Successful completion of background checks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant subject matter
  • Fluency in Spanish or Creole
  • Experience in community outreach or public speaking
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
