Role Summary: The Facilitator I at Be Strong International is tasked with the coordination and collaboration among participants, case managers, and community organizations. This role involves the preparation and execution of educational plans, delivery of instructional materials, and organization of various activities within the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop educational content and curriculum
  • Attract and engage a targeted number of participants
  • Collect and assess participant documentation
  • Organize workshops, events, and excursions
  • Administer evaluations and feedback surveys
  • Monitor participant needs and liaise with Case Managers
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner
  • Complete necessary training and assigned tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Successful completion of background checks

Preferred Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant subject matter
  • Fluency in Spanish or Creole
  • Experience in community relations or public speaking
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
