About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team at Bottomline. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer implementations of our Paymode solution. This is a key role that requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer implementations of Paymode solution, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Plan and coordinate project activities, including project schedules, activities, tests, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure execution of project activities, including coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Establish and balance priorities and activities between multiple projects.
  • Troubleshoot and track project issues, communicating with customers and escalating if required.
  • Ensure established success criteria have been met within timeline and budget.
  • Document project deliverables and hand off to Customer Support for any potential or ongoing support needs.
Requirements
  • Experience in banking application implementations and knowledge of ACH/WIRE/Foreign drafts/SWIFT and other payment methods is a plus.
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
  • Customer service-oriented, with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, adaptability, and initiative.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Experience with ERP integration is a plus or related payments platform.
