About the Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager role at Embassy Suites in Jacksonville involves optimizing hotel revenue by maximizing sales opportunities aligned with our business plan, accurately forecasting revenue and expenses, and efficiently managing sales activities through coordination with clients and operational departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with community organizations, vendors, and competitors, representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and community activities, and preparing and delivering accurate reports, including weekly and monthly updates.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience; convention services/event planning experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, hospitality industry trends, and REVPAR growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (Delphi) and Hilton/PEP systems.
