Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling memberships, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell memberships to new and existing clients, provide exceptional customer service, and build relationships that last.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a detailed knowledge of our menu of services, including massages, facials, and hair removal treatments.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive experience for our clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
