A SPENGA Sales Representative is a dynamic, enthusiastic, and effective individual who warmly greets and assists members.
Essential Qualifications:
Desire to acquire new skills.
Candidates should be adaptable to our innovative fitness approach. Strong motivation and determination are essential, along with exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell memberships and retail products.
Achieve and surpass sales and retention goals.
Enhance and maintain client engagement.
Prepare and organize studio equipment before and after sessions.
Ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
As a representative of SPENGA, associates will advocate for, promote, and contribute to the SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio.
Compensation includes hourly wages plus commission and bonus opportunities.
Salary:
$19.00 per hour. SPENGA is a vibrant and rapidly expanding organization, dedicated to delivering the Best. Workout. Ever. to every community. SPENGA integrates spin, strength, and yoga into a single 60-minute workout. With over 70 studios operating and more than 340 territories sold, we are consistently growing our teams of instructors, sales professionals, managers, and operators in preparation for further expansion. Comprehensive training is provided through our Learning Management System, along with live training sessions with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and remain for the community, which is strengthened by our dedicated SPENGA teams.
