About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, while also developing relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Support the outside sales team in quoting HVAC products
  • Manage relationships with internal and external customers to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Interact and develop relationships with key vendors to support sales
  • Work with the sales team to provide technical assistance and guidance to customers
  • Provide hands-on assistance as needed, such as helping customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of technical HVAC or technical HVAC sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • High level of integrity when problem-solving
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to efficiently operate computers, tablets, and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
