Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Operations Lead who specializes in Talent Acquisition to spearhead and oversee our human resources initiatives at NELOGIS.

This position entails managing a comprehensive range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance evaluation, compliance with regulations, and more, while also championing strategic talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Recruitment Planning:
Formulate and execute recruitment plans in collaboration with department leaders to fulfill staffing requirements.

Candidate Sourcing and Evaluation:
Employ diverse sourcing techniques, assess candidates, and facilitate interview processes with hiring teams.

New Hire Integration:
Manage the onboarding experience to guarantee a seamless transition for new employees.

Comprehensive HR Duties:

Employee Engagement:
Address workforce concerns and cultivate a positive organizational culture.

Performance Evaluation:
Oversee the performance appraisal process, assisting managers in resolving performance-related challenges.

Regulatory Compliance:
Design and implement HR policies that adhere to labor laws and industry best practices.

Compensation and Benefits Management:
Oversee compensation and benefits schemes, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.

Professional Development:
Identify and introduce training initiatives to promote employee advancement.

HR Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
