Role Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the flow of applicants for both current job openings and future pipelining needs. You will be responsible for managing candidate intake, reviewing applications, and advancing qualified candidates through the pipeline stages to create shortlists of top talent. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Selection Specialists, you'll gain insights into business needs and help optimize the candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage the candidate pipeline according to identified skills and business needs.
  • Strategically plan and execute candidate movement from the application stage to the qualified shortlist.
  • Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline of pre-assessed, qualified talent throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Collaborate with TA Selection Specialists to understand hiring demand and adjust pipeline accordingly.
  • Monitor candidate progression and take action on aging applications in various recruitment stages.
  • Generate pipeline data reports to track candidate lifecycle progress.
  • Disposition candidates who do not meet screening criteria or initial assessments.
  • Work flexibly across time zones with various stakeholders.
Required Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data from ATS tools such as BrassRing.
  • Proven experience in relationship management and communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and recruitment practices.
  • Expertise in Recruitment Funnel Metrics and deriving insights from data.
  • Knowledge of data hygiene in ATS systems (BrassRing).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and data tables).
  • A creative, curious, and digitally proficient mindset.
