Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Domino's Franchise store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Training: Identify and develop talent within the team, providing comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control store finances, including cash handling, reporting, and profit management.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Staff and Customer Safety: Promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring the well-being of staff and customers.
