Your Role

We are seeking a dedicated Buyer/Planner to join our manufacturing team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are available in alignment with our production schedules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating supplier quotes, making recommendations, and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Purchasing materials in accordance with the master production schedule.
  • Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels through diligent monitoring and supplier coordination.
  • Contributing to the development of strategic production planning methodologies.
  • Analyzing inventory management systems to minimize excess and obsolete stock.
  • Overseeing supplier performance and monitoring associated costs.
Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field, along with:

  • Extensive knowledge of procurement and planning processes.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • A keen interest in both domestic and international supply chains.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
