Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at LBA Hospitality. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, and maintain guest privacy
    • Promote and sell hotel services and amenities
    • Offer to take future reservations and provide recommendations for alternate same-brand products
  • Front Office Operations
    • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling and credit card processing
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
    • Assist with guest issues and concerns, maintaining a professional and hospitable attitude
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and hotel operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
    • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
    • Proficiency in computer systems, including property management systems
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds
    • Ability to see, hear, and speak clearly
Working Conditions

This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless hotel operation.
