Customer Experience Resolution Specialist

Percepta is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Case Manager to provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, utilizing effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless customer experiences.
- Document customer interactions to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in customer relations, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
