About the Role
Mango is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team at our upcoming store located in a major shopping center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the cash desk, maintaining a high level of sales performance.
- Participate in stockroom operations, including delivery, replenishment, and inventory management, to ensure seamless store operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, tidy, and merchandised store environment.
- Share knowledge and expertise with new starters, providing basic training and supporting their onboarding process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior work experience in a retail sales environment.
- Customer service-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and self-motivation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Computer skills to operate a point-of-sale system.
