At Quality Primary Care, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in medical office management. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties:- Supervise and support office staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration.
- Oversee medical office management tasks including patient scheduling and record-keeping.
- Manage clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Coordinate event planning for office functions and meetings to promote team engagement.
- Handle phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and staff.
- Maintain calendar management for executives and staff, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while promoting best practices in administration.
