Key Responsibilities:
  1. Compliance and Record-Keeping: Perform tasks that ensure our company's adherence to contractual and legal requirements.
  2. Accurately maintain contract records and files.
  3. Prepare critical reports, schedules, and correspondence.
  4. Manage sensitive data, including accounting, payroll, and personnel information.
  5. Extract and analyze data from our fleet management system for informed decision-making.
  6. Streamline fleet maintenance and document processing for efficient operations.
  7. Train and develop office staff to enhance their skills.
  8. Respond to phone calls and redirect as necessary.
  9. Schedule appointments and meetings for senior leadership.
  10. Prepare meeting materials and dispatch relevant documents via email and mail.
  11. Administer employee benefits programs.
Essential Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with EAM and Faster experience is advantageous.
  • Proficient in ADP, MOBI, and invoicing software.
  • At least two years of experience in data entry and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong computer skills.
  • Able to operate standard telephony systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
