About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in supporting the performance of less experienced administrative staff and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, including coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and events, and managing competing priorities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare complex reports, balance general ledger lines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal peers and functional areas to ensure seamless administrative support.
  • Leadership Support: Assist senior leaders with daily administrative tasks and provide subject matter expertise on administrative procedures.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders, team members, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of administrative support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, and Workday, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
