Position: Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking full-time inbound customer service representatives to enhance our customer experience. This role involves engaging with clients via phone and requires a commitment to delivering exceptional service.


Compensation:

Starting at $18.25/hour with structured pay increases within the first year.

Work Schedule & Training:

Enjoy weekends off We are hiring for the standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Our comprehensive 8-week onsite training program equips you with essential skills such as critical thinking, effective communication, and decision-making, enabling you to assist our customers confidently.

Post-training, eligible team members may benefit from a hybrid work model, balancing onsite and remote work according to personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture customer relationships by effectively managing a high volume of inbound calls, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Exhibit professional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating strong comprehension abilities.
  • Assist customers in navigating challenges by utilizing available resources for account management, product inquiries, and order processing.
  • Employ critical thinking to address customer concerns related to product searches, pricing discrepancies, and returns.
  • Mitigate risks through appropriate decision-making.
  • Collaborate in a positive, team-oriented environment committed to ethical business practices.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center.
  • Strong desire to assist customers by providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Experience in delivering personalized service in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to commute to the workplace as required.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods.
  • A dedicated workspace for remote work (if applicable).
  • Reliable internet connection meeting specified speed requirements (if applicable).
