Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation of the software/hardware sales process. You will work closely with our Territory Sales team to provide technical expertise and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer requirements to recommend the best Iproa solution, including product recommendations, high-level solution design, and defining scopes of work for detailed design specification, implementation, and life-cycle management.
  2. Assist in pre-sales meetings with on-site technical assistance across verticals as required, including software and hardware demonstrations/presentations.
  3. Work closely with the territory sales team to help drive the Iproa business.
  4. Assist customers with preparation of RFP/RFI/RFQ documents, review and contribute response content for RFP/RFI/RFQ process.
  5. Coordinate work effort across multiple departments and ensure that expectations and performance goals are met promptly and professionally.
  6. Engage Technical Support or Professional Services on behalf of end users for third-party products and security solutions product lines as needed.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technology field is required.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience as a pre-sales technical resource, sales engineering, or similar technical role required.
  • Experience with computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting.
