Job Title: Field Sales Engineer

Power Integrations is seeking a highly skilled Field Sales Engineer to join our Americas sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the design-in and sales of our power semiconductor products to OEM customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on new and existing projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present technical presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Capture and manage commercial information, including application, program name, volume, and CM partner location.
  • Manage customer forecasts, prepare sales reports, and provide territory updates.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and product success.
  • Travel extensively to focus customers (80%).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required.
  • 4+ years of industry experience selling power ICs and electronics.
  • Experience in power electronics with emphasis on power conversion topologies (Buck, Boost, Fly-back, Forward, LLC, PFC converters).
  • Knowledgeable in usage of various electronic test and EMC equipment.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work effectively with all team members.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to support multiple projects in parallel.
  • Additional language skills in Mandarin Chinese a plus.
