About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at SHOPLINE. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, advancing high-quality leads, and establishing relationships with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential customers through email outreach and other online channels.
  • Advance high-quality leads through the sales funnel, schedule client meetings, and facilitate introductions with our account executive team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity and contact information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about outreach strategies and recommend best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to enhance targeting and messaging strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Strong emailing and LinkedIn outreach sales skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections and rejection in a professional manner.
