Job Overview

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Relationship Developer to join our Commercial Banking team in Albuquerque, NM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute relationship strategies to grow sales, revenue, and market share with clients.
  • Work with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage risk and return for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of industry experience, preferably in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business.
