Job Summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinic staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient flow, and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet patients warmly, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Patient Flow: Coordinate scheduling, verify insurance information, and manage patient expectations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Communicate Effectively: Coordinate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Manage patient records, update files, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Contribute to a Positive Work Environment: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge and Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel; excellent customer service skills; and knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits and coverage preferred.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
