Education and Experience Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a Master's Degree preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or other healthcare discipline is strongly preferred. Relevant certifications in healthcare risk management are also desirable.

Minimum of five years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have three years of experience in risk management or quality management.

Physical and Personal Requirements:

The role requires manual dexterity for operating office equipment, frequent computer use, and the ability to maintain good visual and auditory acuity.
