About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team at TalentBurst. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all insurance-related matters for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor compliance of insurance for commercial properties held as collateral for various lenders and investors.
  • Perform insurance analysis, premium disbursements from escrow, risk assessment, appraisal review, and correspondence with various servicers, investors, borrowers, insurance agents, and internal departments.
  • Act in the most timely, efficient, and responsible manner to protect the interests of investors pursuant to the mortgages serviced for them.
  • Ensure compliance with individual investor guides, Pooling and Servicing Agreements, applicable law, and mortgage documents.

Requirements:

  • 3+ months of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in loan servicing, commercial insurance, or real estate.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage a wide variety of tasks and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong character and excellent interpersonal skills.
