We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to support the Environmental Safety, Health, and Mission Assurance contract in Cleveland, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide continuous risk management training to team members and conduct risk identification workshops.
- Offer risk management expertise to various research and flight projects.
- Manage risk databases and create risk management reports.
- Develop and update risk management plans for assigned programs, projects, and organizations.
- Track risks and measure their effectiveness.
- Assist in writing risk statements and providing disposition for candidate risks.
- Provide risk status reports for major milestone reviews and management review board meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
- 2+ years of recent and related technical experience using Continuous Risk Management.
- Knowledge of mission assurance applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with hardware and systems engineers.
- US Citizenship required due to customer-related information sensitivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience at NASA or other Federal Agencies.
Work Location
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- This position may require some travel.
Background Investigations Required
