Job Title: Clinical Oncology Sector Growth Specialist

At Management Business Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Oncology Sector Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our GYN Oncology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and accounts.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products, services, and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new patients, enhancing user engagement, and expanding accounts.
  • Build and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in collaboration with the Medical team.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales with proven results.
  • Familiarity with the GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, financial acumen, and strong communication abilities.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Position typically based in medical offices or hospital settings.
  • Requires proficiency with computer use, telephone communication, and reading printed materials.
  • May involve working outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
