We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Diedre Moire Corporation. As a key member of our insurance underwriting team, you will be responsible for developing custom insurance policies for mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review merger and acquisition agreements from an insurance risk perspective.
  • Uncover, isolate, and quantify pre-and-post-closing liabilities.
  • Verify that liabilities assumption is accurate and based on agreements between parties and stakeholders.
  • Validate liabilities offsetting assets and lender insurance requirements.
  • Analyse corporate control change risks.
  • Review final insurance and indemnity provisions.
