Position Overview

Four Hands, a premier global designer and wholesaler of lifestyle home furnishings, is seeking a dedicated Key Account Support Specialist to enhance our Sales Operations team. Our company, based in Austin, Texas, is recognized for its innovative designs that blend various styles, materials, and textures sourced globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with National Account Executives to maximize the effectiveness of our key customer relationships.
  • Identify customer service needs through regular communication with major clients and National Account Executives; analyze data and propose solutions.
  • Enhance customer service quality by addressing issues, recognizing service trends, and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Facilitate customer requirements by liaising with all internal departments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Oversee the implementation of new products, including presentations, training materials, and product details.
  • Maintain and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Embody our Core Values and contribute positively to the Four Hands culture.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (experience with vlookup and pivot tables is strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining focus in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess a friendly demeanor and work well in a collaborative team setting.
  • Capable of making independent decisions.
  • Experience working in an international context with diverse teams and clients.
  • Effective listener with strong communication skills across various audiences.
  • Able to complete complex tasks promptly.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
