Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of project management to guarantee effective execution within established parameters and budget constraints.
  • Lead project teams, encouraging teamwork and showcasing strong communication skills that motivate high performance, creative design solutions, and successful project outcomes.
  • Engage in defining and confirming project scope, fees, budgets, and service outlines during the proposal and contract negotiation stages.
  • Ensure timely and comprehensive communication of project details between clients and the project team.
  • Utilize the Deltek Project Management system for project oversight; develop work plans in Deltek, including identifying team members, budget allocations, consultants, timelines, fees, and project modifications.
  • Collaborate with the Project Architect to mitigate scheduling conflicts arising from project changes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication through team meetings, minutes, and update memos to keep the project team informed.
  • Facilitate effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor the construction administration process during the building phase.
  • Comprehend and address technical implications and design choices.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Revit, 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic design software.
  • Professional licensure is required.
