Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

As a Sales Manager at Skywalk Group, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of sales representatives in the animal health industry. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth and expand market share in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow professionally
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop business plans for your region and support sales representatives in creating and refining their territory plans
  • Share market insights with leadership to drive market share, fuel product growth, protect existing products, and suggest new product opportunities
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with distributor partners while representing the company at industry conferences, sales meetings, and trade shows

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Animal Health, or a related industry required
  • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales required; 5+ years of experience in animal health industry sales preferred
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide effective coaching and constructive feedback
